I've never worked out before, would you still be able to train me?Yes! That's not a problem at all! I've worked with many people that have NEVER picked up a dumbbell or haven't worked out in decades. We all have to start somewhere.
-
I have health issues/ injuries, would you still be able to train me?Yes! I have clients that are diabetics, amputees, and asthmatics among other things. I even have clients that have had past surgeries (heart, knee, shoulder, hip, etc.) I train everyone differently so it will be tailored to you and your abilities.

I can't come into the gym, can I still work with you?Yes! I do ONLINE COACHING as well (check the "ONLINE SERVICES" page for more info). I train people that don't even live in the state of California.

I want my significant other/ friend/ sibling to train with me. Is that ok?Yes. As long as you are at similar fitness levels. I have trained couples/ friends/ siblings and they love being able to workout together. There are some times however where one person is way behind or way past the other person's level or one person is dragged along and really doesn't want to be there. In those cases it wouldn't be advantageous for both parties to train together.
